This policy describes Radiant Invoicing version 1.0 and the website at radiantinvoicing.com. Your device and third-party services may offer additional privacy controls.
1. Overview
Radiant Invoicing (“the app”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an Android business application for invoices, quotations, purchase orders, inventory, customers, suppliers and reports. This policy explains the information involved when you use the app and website.
2. Information involved
Business information you enter
The app lets you enter information such as shop details, customer and supplier records, products, tax identifiers, transactions, invoice content, payment methods and inventory data. This information is used to provide the features you request and is primarily maintained in the app’s local database on your device.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive customer information.
Technical and usage information
Depending on your settings and availability, analytics, advertising and app-store services may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, approximate location derived from IP, crash or diagnostic data, purchase status and device characteristics.
3. Device permissions
- Camera: used when you choose barcode-scanning features. Camera access is optional for other app functions.
- Internet and network state: used for advertising, analytics, billing verification and online functionality.
The app may use Android’s document, sharing or file-provider features when you choose to open or share generated documents. You can manage permissions in Android Settings.
4. Third-party services
The app integrates services supplied by other companies. Those companies process information under their own privacy terms:
- Google Play services and Google Play Billing for distribution, updates and purchases.
- Google Firebase Analytics for aggregated app usage and performance understanding.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display and measure advertising. Ad personalisation depends on applicable consent, account and device settings.
We do not receive your complete payment-card information from Google Play. Review Google’s privacy policy and your Google account advertising controls for more information.
5. How information is used
Information may be used to provide app features; generate and share documents at your direction; maintain purchases or subscriptions; operate, diagnose and improve the app; measure feature usage and advertising; respond to support or legal requests; and protect users, the app and our rights from fraud or misuse.
6. Sharing
We do not sell the business records you enter in the app. Information may be disclosed to service providers described above, when you direct the app to share a document, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention and security
Locally stored business records generally remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, clear app data or uninstall the app, subject to Android backup behaviour and files you export. Support communications are retained as reasonably needed to respond and maintain records. Third-party services apply their own retention periods.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no device, storage method or internet transmission is completely secure. Keep your device protected, maintain backups you need and share business documents carefully.
8. Your choices
- Manage camera and other app permissions in Android Settings.
- Manage advertising personalisation through your Google and Android settings where available.
- Delete or edit in-app records using available controls, or clear app storage/uninstall the app.
- Contact us about information contained in support communications.
Some technical processing may be necessary to provide a feature you request.
9. Children’s privacy
Radiant Invoicing is a business productivity app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the app or website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us.
10. International processing
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards and legal bases they use.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app, services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or store listing where appropriate.
